This is the second book in the series about Raven and Alexander, and I have to say that this one was good, but not as good as the first. Raven is desperately searching for Alexander after his disappearance from Dullsville. She tracks him to Hipsterville where she runs into trouble with another vampire. Alexander comes out of the shadows to save her, but will they be able to have their happily ever after with other vampires threatening their happiness at every turn?
I like that Raven is starting to think about some of the problems with dating a vampire – especially the whole “my boyfriend will live forever but I’ll change and grow old and die” aspect. And I also like that Raven is unsure if she would choose immortality with Alexander if it was offered – they’ve only known each other a few weeks at this point. All in all, a nice read, and a 7 out of 10 from me.
